• Yes, it is ready stock! However, some items might be on a pre-order basis which will be specified in the product description.

2. How to know the material and measurement of the item?

• You can always chat our Customer Service Team via Whatsapp or Instagram DMs and we will assist you shortly.
• Or you may discover our products accordingly to sizes here!

3. Is the product pre-loved or brand new?

• Our products are uniquely limited and handpicked vintage items. And we do have quite a number of new brand products with tags. The items are in good condition and high quality but do expect some natural signs or wear/age (if any).
• However, all of our Best Seller collection are brand new items!

4. If I add my item to the wishlist, will it be reserved for me?

• We only have 1 piece per design (except Best Seller collection). Hence, adding items into your wishlist/cart will still make it available for other customers to purchase it. It will be secured once the payment has been made from your end.
